Susanne believes that at the root of most if not all dis-ease, is a profound disconnect. This disconnect is with the body, with meaningful, authentic relationships, with purposeful activity and contribution, with sleep and rest, with real, whole food, with a sense that there is a power greater than our own individual being. Because she believes that a leader must go first, she shows up every day, doing the next right thing, one day at a time. As a result, she has finished two Ironman triathlons, numerous marathons and other distance running & multisport events, hasn’t had a drop of alcohol since December 2015, consumes mostly plants, has been married since 1997 to a super sexy man, and continues to embarrass two teenaged children.
The point where we are so cracked that we feel we can no longer tolerate the status quo, is exactly the point where we can choose to start really connecting with our true purpose.
How? In a nutshell, this is the process:
- You fill out a questionnaire that reveals both how awesome you are and some areas you want to tweak or overhaul.
- With Susanne's guidance, you set S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-driven) goals.
- With a weekly meeting (in-person or virtual) you will review the week's successes, challenges, and set some new goals.

- USA Triathlon Coach
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Coach - a fabulous approach that helps if you have an Inner Critic and tend to self-sabotage

- Yoga Coach at a treatment center for First Responders in recovery from PTSD-related issues
- Workshop coach and yoga instructor at a swanky New England spa
- Keynote speaker at corporate and community wellness events and high school audiences

- She has created successful mind-body-wellness programs for youth (eg Summer Reboot for Teens)
